This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and data retention are managed for FinAuto Solutions, a SaaS platform operated by Fantaxtick Advisory Pvt Ltd., registered in Mumbai ROC and having its registered office at A 105, Shrihaan Residency, Ramnath Road, Near Tiwari Hospital, Alibag, Raigad, Maharashtra – 402201.

The Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time, the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you, an individual customer, member, user, or beneficiary of this service of at least 18 years of age ("You"), and FinAuto Solutions. FinAuto Solutions is a platform owned by Fantaxtick Advisory Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “FAPL”). FAPL is the owner of the website www.finautosolutions.com, FinAuto Solutions application, FinAuto Solutions WAP site (Collectively referred to as “FinAuto Solutions”) hence all the rights, benefits, liabilities and obligations under the following terms and conditions shall accrue to the benefit of FAPL (together with its holding company, subsidiaries, associated company and other affiliates, "us", "we", "Fantaxtick Advisory" or "FAPL"), regarding your use of our website for contents, images, videos, articles, etc. (known as "Service") and related Services. The www.FinAutoSolutions.com web-site (known as the "Site / Website") and Service is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below including all exhibits. Fantaxtick Advisory reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, add, or delete portions of these terms and conditions any time without further notice. You shall re-visit the "Terms & Conditions" link from time to time to stay abreast of any changes that the "Site" may introduce.

Subscription Plans
  • Users may subscribe to plans offered by FinAuto Solutions. The plans are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of subscription.
  • The subscription provides access to the platform and its features throughout the validity period.
  • The validity of the plan will always be calculated from the original subscription date and will not be extended for any unused time.
  • Users may, however, opt to upgrade or downgrade their existing plan during its validity, subject to applicable terms and charges.
Refund Policy
  • All payments made towards subscription plans are final and non-refundable.
  • No refund (full or partial) shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Early termination of the subscription by the user.
    • Non-usage of the platform during the validity period.
    • Failure to access services due to user-related technical issues (such as device malfunction, internet connectivity, or login errors).

This policy ensures transparency and uniformity in financial transactions.

Cancellation & Unsubscription
  • Once a subscription plan is activated, it shall remain valid and in force until the expiry of its respective validity period.
  • The application does not provide any option for cancellation or unsubscription of the plan during its active period.
  • Users may, however, opt to upgrade or downgrade their existing plan during its validity, subject to applicable terms and charges.
  • Upon expiry of the plan, users may renew their subscription at the then prevailing subscription charges.
  • No refund, credit, or extension of the subscription period shall be permitted once the plan has been activated.
Expiry of Plan & Grace Period
  • Upon expiry of the subscription validity (one year from the date of payment), the user will no longer have access to the application or services.
  • Users will be provided with an additional 45-days grace period after expiry of the plan to renew their subscription.
  • During the grace period, users will not have active access to services unless they re-new.
  • If the user fails to re-new within this grace period, their data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • After deletion, the user will be treated as a new/fresh user if they choose to subscribe again in the future.
Legal and Compliance Aspects
  • This Refund and Cancellation Policy is consistent with the Indian Laws and is designed to ensure fairness and legal compliance.
  • Users are advised to carefully read the terms before making payment.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

By subscribing to FinAuto Solutions, users acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Fantaxtick Advisory Pvt Ltd.
